New student enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year is now open.

If your child currently attends any of our COUSD schools, you do not need to enroll.

Charter Oak Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a student for school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, a message is sent to the school site. The site office staff will then need the parent to bring in all the required documentation to finish the enrollment process.

Note: If you live outside the Charter Oak Unified School District boundaries, please complete an Inter-District Transfer before proceeding through the Online Enrollment (AIR) process. The Inter-District Transfer release form can be obtained through the district in which you reside.

If you would like to reprint or review students previously enrolled, click the Login button. (Please note that this the Online Enrollment System and not the same as Aeries Parent Portal.)
